However, it becomes quite difficult for her to intake the required amount of water because she keeps herself more engaged with her baby instead of taking care of her. Thus, it is duty of the family member, either husband or mother-in-law to give her a glass of water frequently.


4. Provide Comfort
A woman generally experience pain, swelling and cramps after childbirth. Hence, help her to take care of the issue by making an appointment with the doctor and giving her the prescribed medicines accordingly. Make everything ready for her that can provide her comfort.
